QC/Technical Support
 We always regard quality as our life. All the products are under strict QC in production. For the supervising measurements, it's certified by TUV (Germany) and CQC (China) . The is the details for workmanship, production procedure, quality control and managements to assure perfect output.
Machinery/Equipment
Thermal press machines; Oscilloscopes; Spectrum analyzers; Electronic sound device testers; Oil-jet devices, etc. plastic injection machines, silkscreen printing, SMT, PCB and final product assembly lines.
Procedure/Test
a)Strict quality control for all original materials (major components are checked according to AQL: 0.65; ordinary components are checked according to AQL: 1.0)
b)100% of unfinished products is checked according to GB. Electronic sound performance tests are done and contours analyzed
c)Finished products undergo sampling tests, according to AQL: 0.65 and outline technology AQL: 1.0.
d)Each batch of products is tested for resistance to thunder, temperature changes, burn-ins, and shock from being dropped/thrown.

b)Transistors: 40% Korea, 30% USA, 30% local
